Marienplatz of Munich

Marienplatz is indeed a good start to wander around...In the middle, you'll find the bald New Town Hall, dearing the sky with its neo-Gothic towers. What I liked best two years ago was the Glockenspiel, a huge clock with a threatening dang at 11 am and noon. All tourists were stiff for a sec. Two important churches rest in the same square: St. Peterskirche and Heiliggeistkirche.
