Well...their Ebbelwoi pinches the tip of your tongue. It's the apple wine adored by the Germans there, in truth more like an alcoholic cider than genuine wine. It's usually associated with Handkase mit Music, in translation "cheese with music", a round piece of cheese dipped in oil and vinegar and fragranced with onions. They usually serve that in the local taverns.
