English city tours by bus are common in Koln, lasting 2 hours with the depart from the tourist office. They run three tours a day, at 10 am, 12.30 pm and 3pm at the cost of 14 euros. Personally, I wouldn't pay that much, I'd better have a journey on foot...There's also the opportunity to travel to nearby cities, but those are boat trips on the Rhine. The company is KD River Cruises and they drift to Bonn (10,40 euros) and Koblenz (around 33 euros).
