I don't really know, but the cheapest i found was in the Ostbahnhof, the first floor, main hall. It was called @ Internet and it charged 1 euro per hour. I don't know anything about your budget, but considering other places charge 1 euro at 15 minutes i consider this a bargain price. Anyway, If you run into a cheaper one, lemme know;)
