The most popular tourist offices are run by BTM, that is Berlin Tourismus Marketing. They operate three tourist offices and a call center. They're opened every day of the week, including weekends but I can't remember the hours exactly. However, the locations are BTM office at the Brandenburg Gate, BTM Europa Center on Budapester Strasse, and the TV Tower office in Alexanderplatz.
