I guess you need a place where you can feel comfortable, surfing the net and at the same time sipping a cocktail, if you know what I mean. But you may find the prices a bit high, 1 euro per 15 minutes, so you make sure you do your homework quickly. You can find it on Roumerstrasse no. 16.
