How come? Man, you reaaly don't know anything :) They have quite a few memorials dedicated to the Soviets - not the Russian, and the Soviet War Memorial in Tiergarten Park is one of them. There's also a Sowjetisches Ehrenmal - Soviet Memorial there, flanked by 2 Russian tanks, ellegidely the first to enter Berlin
