Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedaechtniskirche Memorial, Berlin

Posted 1 year ago by avatar egzon in response to parker's question: I've heard about this church in Berlin who's ruins have been conserved, just as they remained after a British bombing of the town. Anybody knows where it is exactly? (give a different answer) .

Hi, I suppose you are speaking about Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedaechtniskirche, which is, indeed, the broken left tower of this former church, the only part that remained standing after the British bombing on November 22nd in 19 43. It is situated in Breitscheidplatz, Charlottenburg. and is opened everyday except Sundays. The place is renown for its Memorial Hall and Hall of Worship.
