Yes, they do :) They rebuilt quite a number of them. The most important one, and the one I suggest you visit is the Neue Synagoge - the New Synagogue, on Oranienburger Strasse. It was the centre of the Jewish community in Berlin, so it's quite understandable why it had to be rebuilt.
