The Maifeld, this field near the Olympia Stadion in Berlin was used by the Nazis for their mass rallies. This is where thousands of people gathered and listened to Hitler speak. There's a 77 m high tower called Glockenturm there that you can climb on ( for 2 Euros ) and get a panoramic view of the city.
