You must be talking about the Gugelhof. The Gugelhof alsatian reestaurant on Knaack Strasse is one of the best known restaurants in Berlin, and not because Bill was there. Oh, no. Because it serves some of the most delicious Sauerkraut based dishes in town. And it is not expensive - I had dinner there for about 15 Euros
