Pizza houses are almost everywhere in Berlin, but if you find yourself in the Mitte area and feel like going for an extra sized pizza pie, then go to this place called Die Zwoelf Apostel - the 12 Apostles on Georgen Strasse, cause they make the best pizza in town. Believe me! And it only costs around 6 Euros.
