There must be hundreds of those, but my all times favorite is A-Trane on Bleibtreustrasse 1 Charlottenburg. Admission fees might be up to 20 euros, but often they have free Mondays and Tuesdays when local musicians perform. Usually these free nights are advertised in flyers in other public places. Also, even if the admission is not free, you should try it, because it really is the place in Berlin for quality live jazz.
