I don't think it's usual for them to charge extra for the parking, but since you ask I can tell you that at this place I stayed at they didn't. The hotel is called Dietrich Bonhoeffer Haus and is on Ziegelstrasse at no 30. For a single there I paid 85 E and breakfast was included
