Not more than 100 Euros a night will set you back a single at what is probably the best mid range hotel in Berlin. It's called Artist Hotel Riverside and you can find it on Friedrichstrasse 106. If you are lucky you might get a room with a view to the Spree. What, you though the Rhine?
